The location is great and I found the central lobby bar area nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy and everything was clean.
I was not made aware of an additional deposit upon checking in. The pillows were horrible and I woke up with a creak in my neck.

The hotel location was excellent, with access to nearby shops and attractions. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful with directions. The lobby had a good coworking space, useful. The room included a modern bathroom and comfortable bed.
The room was a bit small. There wasn't much space for suitcases.

The hotel enjoys a central location near main shopping areas and public transport. Temple Bar is also easily accessible, offering many dining and entertainment options. The area felt safe, a plus, especially when walking alone at night.

the location was good! i could easily walk to many places. the staff were all friendly and helpful .

The breakfast was good, I thought. The reception and lounge bar area was also quite nice.
The room design was not great. I saw nowhere to put suitcases because of the small area. The shower cubicle felt small with a plug under my foot. The room was also hot, even in cold weather, and there was no way to regulate temperature.
