the room had a lovely fresh feel and a good tea tray. a coffee machine was a very nice touch. the shower gel and hand wash had a very nice smell and brand. the room was easy to access.
The customer service wasn't great. Staff did not even try to help alter the payment. it was really frustrating their lack of support.

The room included a Nespresso machine, very convenient. The location was close to public transportation. This made getting around easy. I also found many electrical outlets and USB plugs in the room.

The staff was very helpful with directions i needed to find a specific shop. my room had complimentary nespresso capsules i used each morning. the location was convenient. I could walk to many places i wanted to visit.
the elevator. there was no hand lotion provided in the room. the tv remote did not have batteries i had to call down to get them.
