The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty items. The staff in the breakfast hall were friendly and efficient. Parking was plentiful and easy, a great convenience.

The room felt dated and needed some repairs. The bathroom sink was blocked, inconvenient. There was no tissue box available in the room. The toilet paper felt cheap.

The breakfast had fresh options and tasty food. The hotel was very clean and was inviting upon arrival. The car parking situation offered plenty of spaces and easy accessibility.

The bathroom door wasn't locking, and that was a concern. The telephone in the room also was not working correctly. There was a shower leak, it was a very bad experience.

I found spiders crawling around the television and in the bathroom. It was not ideal. housekeeping staff ignored privacy notices, even opening the door when we were in bed. this seemed like a major invasion of privacy.

i found free parking quite convenient. staff was helpful with directions. the lakeside views added much to the stay. the hotel is close to shopping areas, that was handy.

i noticed some wear and tear on furniture, but it did not affect my stay.
