the bed was large and comfy (i actually slept quite well).

i was originally told i could have a room with a bath, this did not happen and i was very disappointed. the room was also warm with no heating on. even with the fan on, it was boiling.

Check-in moved quickly. My family and I find room access easy. The room was spacious, complete with a large bed. The bathroom looks modern. Breakfast had tasty options and felt very worthwhile. I did feel very comfortable and happy .

The room feel hot. I could not make it any cooler. Windows opening not enough. The shower door didn't open wide enough for me. I had to twist to get in.

The hotel had a restaurant and a bar on site. I found the car park and bar were close to each other. The location was ideal because of the motorway proximity. Check-in proved quick and simple.

damp smell tired look

The room offered a good night's sleep thanks to a comfy bed.

The room smelled strongly of damp, immediately off-putting. Staff said they were fully booked and could only move me the next day. the hotel looked worn down. It needs redecorating.

The room was of a good size and quite clean. I found it very handy to have a restaurant directly attached to the hotel. The breakfast was of good quality, and I especially enjoyed the two-course weekday deal available at the carvery.

I noticed a slight smell of sewage in the accommodation block.
