The location was great I could walk to the beach easily. The staff were friendly and efficient. The sea view from my room with the balcony was BEAUTIFUL and I enjoyed it. Free parking was also useful.

The hotel could use some updates, though it was generally clean.

The hotel is situated in a residential area, away from the main roads. This made it quiet. Alum Chine Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The hotel provides many free parking spaces belonging to it , made parking easy.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food, including cooked-to-order eggs. The on-site restaurant has great food and views. Breakfast had a good selection and the quality was far above expectations.

The staff was very helpful . The hotel had free parking, a convenient amenity (saves you a lot of hassle!). I enjoyed access to both the pool and the gym. Breakfast had a nice selection of items.

The room was a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was really poor.

The breakfast had plenty of choice. I enjoyed the hot full english. The staff were very PLEASANT and polite. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was stuck in the 1970s. It was not worth the money I paid. The double glazed windows had condensation in between the panes. The bathroom is NOT suitable for people with mobility issues.
