Central Getaway

central locationconvenient parkingpeeling wallpaper
I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was very close to the town center. The provided parking was convenient (I booked it prior to my stay for the best rate).
I found that some areas looked tired. Wallpaper was peeling from the ceiling in our room.
Service
9/10
Staff served tea and coffee at breakfast. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. They gave correct information. The check-in and check-out process worked efficiently and promptly.
Location
10/10
The hotel is near the town, pier, and beach. It is literally a few hundred steps to the main square. I could easily walk to the beach in just over five minutes.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast ingredients did not seem to be of the best quality. Hot food was available. I found aspects of breakfast good (especially the served tea and coffee).

An Acceptable Hotel Experience

helpful staffnice swimming poolreasonable pricemissing fridgepaid waterparking exclusion
The staff was very helpful. The swimming pool was really nice for the children. My family also enjoyed the warm water. The drinks had a reasonable price.
There was no fridge in the room. I had to pay for bottled water. No water was available in the rooms otherwise. Parking was not included.

The swimming pool seemed nice and warm. Plenty of relaxing loungers were available for a chilly day.
The room felt quite dated. Curtains were literally falling apart, food was left in the fridge, and the lampshade was broken. Dust covered everything, and noise from the front of the building disrupted my sleep, so earplugs were essential.
