A mixed experience. Some issues noted
small room uneven cotton
the room felt quite small and a bit dungeon-like. it was hard to get any natural light. the cotton inside the pillows felt uneven, and i felt the springs in the mattress. stains on the carpet made it worse. apply, twice.

Convenient stay near the station
train station spacious lounge
the hotel is very close to the train station.. This was very helpful for my travel. The lounge was spacious. The dining room also looked quite elegant.
i found the carpet in my room looked quite worn. i also noticed some holes in the curtains. these issues detracted a bit from the overall experience.

breakfast had a good selection of food. the food was kept hot and replenished regularly. this was convenient for me, as i had early meetings and needed a quick, substantial meal before starting my day.

fantastic location friendly staff helpful staff
The location was fantastic! the train station was just opposite the hotel, a real plus for travel. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt genuinely welcomed.
the bathroom door's paintwork was a bit worn, especially near the bath.

convenient location beautiful decoration clean room
the hotel's location was convenient, right across from the train station. the reception area was decorated beautifully! our room was very clean. complimentary shampoo, body wash, and soap were included.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear noises from other rooms. the noise affected my sleep. I felt tired the next morning.

the hotel offers limited, payable parking on site. the reception and stair areas are beautifully decorated. the lift was available for use.
