I found the staff friendly. The reception and housekeeping teams were particularly good. the hotel featured very well-decorated and comfortable rooms. the heated pool worked very well after a long day.

Parking access impressed me due to its convenience. I found the check-in process seamless. My upgraded room was very good. The staff demonstrated attentiveness throughout my visit. The exemplary service. The beautiful bathroom featured thoughtful details. Water bottles and an espresso machine were provided. The clean and inviting pool was a delight. I appreciated the tasteful decor and styling of the premises.

Emma at reception helped find a car space. The dining room had very nice decorations. The manager was excellent and so was the food. Breakfast included poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon. All staff members were nice and professional.
The air conditioning was not working well, so i felt cold. I should have complained more formally at the time of the stay.

the staff were polite! the room was clean and spacious. the hotel facilities and the location were great for our stay.
i wanted to use our free drink voucher but they said no at first. later i ended up with tap water. but it had their compliments. the bathroom was too small. it felt very cramped.
