Excellent Staff, Good Food, Minor Issue

Emma at reception helped find a car space. The dining room had very nice decorations. The manager was excellent and so was the food. Breakfast included poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon. All staff members were nice and professional.
The air conditioning was not working well, so i felt cold. I should have complained more formally at the time of the stay.

the staff were polite! the room was clean and spacious. the hotel facilities and the location were great for our stay.
i wanted to use our free drink voucher but they said no at first. later i ended up with tap water. but it had their compliments. the bathroom was too small. it felt very cramped.
