The Apartment has office space, a living and dining room with a kitchenette, and a bedroom, but has a shower only.

Southernhay House has a bar known for its cocktails. The kitchen serves meals from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 6 PM to 10 PM, with seasonal menus that change monthly. A full English breakfast, croissants, orange juice, and Cornish yoghurt are available in the morning.
