i had a lovely big room , it came with a fridge. the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. i found the staff friendly and cute.

the room was a bit cold until the heating came on later in the day and there was no hot water for the shower in the evening.

Kelly, the host, was lovely and friendly. she was very helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for her to accommodate. the beds were comfortable. breakfast was delicious, i particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

the bathroom was somewhat small, i think a little more space would be beneficial.

The location was central, near many attractions, convenient! the room was super clean, and the breakfast included delicious fried bread and offered a full english option. The owner even helped me with my suitcase, since i have mobility issues and my husband had a shoulder injury. the staff's kindness really stood out to me. Their warm welcome and attentive service.

the room was a bit small, i felt it could have had a bit more space to move around.

the location was acceptable for my needs.

My room was quite small and offered limited space to store my belongings. the hot water took a considerable time to come through, approximately ten minutes. i found the room to be cold. Staff indicated the heating operated on a timer, but i did not feel any heating during my two-day stay.
