quiet area great host good value

The hosts were great. They were very good for all guests. The location is quieter on the north shore. A Co-op is only 3 minutes walk. I found an Indian and Chinese restaurant opposite the Co-op.

The bathroom did not fully meet all standards.

the en suite was very convenient. there was also lots of free on street parking available.. this is not easy to find. the staff were friendly and helpful. it really is a bargain for the price.

the rooms could use some updating.

cute staff decent size double bed

the staff member was very cute. the staff member was lovely with our little lad. the room we stayed in had decent size. it provided a double bed and a single bed. the room also included a shower with a toilet and sink.

the bathroom fell short of standards.

the location was convenient with a co-op nearby. the area felt peaceful and quiet. there are various shops, including meat pies and pasties, within walking distance. the gynn pub provides a good sunday lunch.

the hotel featured a fully stocked bar downstairs. we spent most evenings relaxing there. breakfast was delicious though the staff cooked for the whole party at the same time. premier sandwiches are available nearby for £1.50.

Solid stay for a budget traveller

The staff member I met was helpful, especially when I needed directions. The location proved convenient with a nearby co-op for quick shopping. Free street parking was available near the hotel. This saved on extra expenses. I found a good cafe near the gynn pub that offers great value.

I noticed the cleanliness in my room was not perfect, specifically there were hairs on the bed.

The single room featured a private bathroom, that included a shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable, nice for a restful sleep and i could quite easily have stayed in it for longer. There were some stains on the ceiling.

On-street parking is available without charge, a considerable advantage given the area's typical parking constraints. A co-op is within a short walk, useful for purchasing essentials. The gynn pub is located nearby, and is a good option for lunches.

The staff member on duty was cute. This staff member readily addressed my queries, and helped with local information. Check out time was at 11 o'clock, this allowed time to pack without any rush.

awesome staff north shore chinese restaurant tidying up needed paint obvious neglect

The staff was awesome, they were really good. the location is quieter on the north shore. a co op is just a 3 mins walk away. There is also an indian and chinese restaurant opposite the co op.

the place needs a lot of tidying up. it also needs a lick of paint. it is being neglected by those who run it.
