Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Oban House is a conveniently located B&B, just a stone's throw from the beach and near bus stops and the tram service, making it easy to get around. Guests often compliment the spotlessly clean rooms, which include a TV and kettle; the hot shower is also a plus for many. The included continental breakfast, featuring toast, boiled eggs, cereal, juice, and fruit, is generally well-received, although some guests have noted that the breakfast tables weren't always completely laid out. Free street parking is a significant advantage.

the host was nice, and the location was close to the tram.

The tv didn't work in the room initially. I had to switch rooms, but guess what. the tv didn't work there either. the trash bin wasn't emptied daily, and the bedding was never changed. it was a continental breakfast, yet there was only cereal and toast.
