The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are lovely! The location is great with free parking and a really good breakfast. I appreciated the attentive and friendly service from Rachel during the evening meal.

The staff were helpful and friendly (a big plus when you're traveling). The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection. The location was also really convenient with easy access to transport.
The parking was a little limited at the rear of the hotel.

The room had a comfortable bed. The room was clean and well-kept. The power shower worked very well in the bathroom. A good level of cleanliness was evident throughout the entire room.

The hotel offered a bar. Entertainment was provided in the evening (bingo!). Swift check-in was available. The hotel also offered a car park, though space seemed limited to around 10-13 cars.

The hotel is in a quieter location. A tram stop is conveniently located right outside. This provides easy access to other areas. The surrounding area felt generally peaceful.

The hotel offered a help-yourself buffet breakfast. There was plenty of choice available (especially the bacon). Staff were accommodating to dietary needs. Guests with gluten intolerance were catered for, appreciated.

I found the staff very helpful with my gluten free needs. The breakfast had lovely fresh options. The room was ready early. I was able to check in early. I also found the facilities to be great.
