lovely stay near the sea
great location friendly staff
The location was great! it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was very friendly and helpful too. the room was clean. I appreciated the fresh towels daily. the beds were firm and comfortable. I slept well each night.
The windows had some mould. This detracted a bit from the overall experience. i hope they can address it soon.

the breakfast room offered a variety of options, including cereal, toast, and fruit. i noticed they kept the area very tidy and well-stocked. coffee and tea were available all morning and it was great.

faulty lift grubby carpet
The location was great. I found the entrance less appealing because one lift was out of order. A strange smell lingered near the entrance, unlike typical hotels. The carpet on the stairs needed a thorough cleaning, or replacement. It seems the hotel could use some improvements.

the bathroom had a slight odor of dampness. the carpet HAD some stains. the furniture looked a bit worn.
