the breakfast offered good variety (i especially liked the pastries). the location is convenient near the train station. i found parking discounts available at the multi-story car park opposite the hotel.

the air conditioning turned off automatically during the night, it made the room a little too warm.

The hotel has a comfy mattress and a great restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the room being so clean and tidy. The bed, pillow and blanket were all comfortable.

incorrect information website error

The location was good. It was right next to the train station. The interior downstairs was bright and modern with comfortable seating.

When I booked, the website said the TVs in the room are smart and have a Chromecast facility, I even saw a photo. This information turned out to be wrong. I think it important that all website information is fully accurate. It is misleading.

the hotel is connected to the train station. i could take a tram just outside, it runs along the seafront. the room was clean and well kept. i found the staff very helpful , they resolved my queries promptly.

the bathroom lacked a bit of counter space, so organizing my toiletries was tricky.

Fine Stay, Central Location

The hotel welcomed us with warmth. I found our room fine with a beautiful tower view. The provided stocking on Christmas morning included dominoes, an orange, and chocolate coins. A lovely thought. The discounted car park across the road helped.

I noticed my room was an accessible room, it had the extra space and the wet room. The room didn't have the lounge area I expected, a little disappointing.

The hotel is central, close to everything important. The train station and a large Sainsbury's are nearby. the sea front is a short walk. The tram stop directly below the hotel provides easy access to the golden mile.
