mixed feelings about this stay
full parking lotscruffy windows
i was disappointed about the parking situation. i had to pay extra even though i booked through a website. the parking lot was really full. also, the hotel windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. it felt a bit scruffy, honestly.

Wonderful stay near the Airport

I needed parking for a few days and it was convenient that I could arrange this at the hotel. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always available at reception, they provided extra tea when I asked. The grounds are well kept, made for a pleasant walk before my flight. The carvery was delicious and made the early flight easier, I'm thankful for that.
The coffee machine wasn't switched on early enough. this meant I had to rush my drink, which wasn't ideal.

the staff were nice and helpful. i especially liked that the hotel had free parking . the breakfast was also good with many options to choose from. the bed was comfortable and i had a restful sleep.
the room i stayed in had some marks and dents on the walls. i noticed this particularly near the bedside which was a bit off-putting.

The staff was very efficient and cheerful, even though it was busy. The taxi service was readily available, which my mum appreciated a lot. The hotel provided a perfect spot for our night out in Horsforth with friends.
I found the pillows to be flat and quite uncomfortable , making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was fantastic (super helpful!), especially in the restaurant. Parking was plentiful and convenient. My room had a nice view, especially at sunset.
The gym's equipment was a bit outdated. The Wi-Fi was not free and it cost an extra fee to use (that's annoying). I walked a lot.

The hotel has friendly staff. Their attentiveness was great. The room had everything i needed. I appreciated the extra tea and coffee available at reception. Breakfast had a fantastic choice. I found a bus stop located right outside, this was useful as I don't drive.
The room was cold on arrival, not ideal. It took some time to get the heating working. This happened in november, so the cold was quite noticeable.

Fantastic Airport Proximity and Friendly Service!

The hotel boasts a perfect location for an early morning flight (saved me so much stress!). Reception was friendly and efficient. The room was super clean and cozy. I was able to bring my dog, a major plus!
The hotel appears dated, so it definitely requires some updates. I noticed our room window had not been cleaned for quite some time. I would stay again for transit purposes, but an upgrade would be amazing.
