The staff was helpful. Teja at reception assisted me. another staff member helped with the room's ac. i was given a different room because the first one didn't suit me.
The room was small and cramped. It had just a tiny window in the bathroom area.

The noise was a bit much. I could hear every conversation in the hallway, so sleep wasn't easy. breakfast was ok, i suppose, but the hot chocolate cost extra. I thought that was a bit cheap considering everything else. also, parking was a pain. It was expensive! though the location was perfect.

The breakfast included items cooked to order. The staff served tasty and hot food (especially the eggs). The hotel has robes and slippers in every room. I also found an iron and ironing board, useful.
The parking area was a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
