i appreciated the early check-in to a ready room. the welcome glasses of fizz were a lovely touch. the room had a beautiful view, and i especially liked the quiet atmosphere and comfy beds. robes were a nice extra!). the hotel's modern design and cleanliness really stood out to me.

the minibar was unavailable without paying a £100 deposit.

The breakfast featured high-quality items from a menu. I saw options like omelets, smoked salmon, avocado, halloumi, pastries, sliced fruit, and freshly squeezed juices. hot drinks were also available, with guests able to order multiple beverages (i thought this was a nice touch).

rooms are designed with touchpad lighting and heating controls, offering modern convenience, and the bathrooms include kevin murphy products. the hotel provides amazing city views, and the rooms feel quite spacious and well designed.

The staff were very polite and friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to assist guests, even when facing challenges. the team was always willing to help, and they clearly worked hard to maintain a high level of service (i noticed their dedication).

The location was acceptable and it had a view from the 14th floor. The staff seemed friendly and the bar and spa area existed.

The hotel lacked its own parking. A fact that was pretty shocking. I had to find a parking spot myself and walk 20 minutes to the hotel. The 24-hour parking cost 40 pounds. It seemed a bit excessive. If I had known this beforehand, I probably would not book here again.

Very nice Experience!

I really appreciated the hotel's design, views, and overall atmosphere. Our room was excellent! The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! The reception and door staff were lovely.

The automatic curtains did not work properly because the hook was not connected. It appears I was placed in a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom furniture was low, so I had to keep bending down. the bathroom curtain looked outdated.

I stayed for a few nights and found several positives. the hotel's modern architecture really stood out to me. the staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a higher floor. i also found the breakfast very good. Quality products were definitely used.

The car park mentioned on the site was inaccurate. I had to find and pay for parking elsewhere.
