the beautiful double room was clean upon arrival. there were fresh towels available in the bathroom. i used the coffee maker in the room to brew a morning beverage. room service delivered promptly when i ordered dinner.

I thought the staff was FRIENDLY. The free ferry to Canary Wharf was a HUGE bonus. The river view from the room added to the experience. Check-in was speedy, and they offered warm cookies upon arrival, which i thought was nice.
The bathroom was a little TINY.

The rooms looked quite dated. The bathroom seemed like it needed an update. A kettle in the room would have been MOST appreciated. I wasn't told the door was broken and couldn't be locked until someone was trying to fix it in the morning. It scared me.

I found the location convenient because of the complimentary ferry to Canary Wharf. It provided quick access to transport links. Our room featured two double beds plus additional bunk beds. The room size was adequate and good value.
The hall had banging doors late at night, so there was noise.

Breakfast offered many choices. The little tables in the window alcoves provided a lovely spot in the restaurant. The experience was a very nice, chilled way to start the day.

The hotel provides a free boat service to Canary Wharf. This service require showing your proof of stay. Signs to training facilities seemed difficult to find, so locate them when close by.
