I was impressed with the complimentary airport taxi service. It saved me time and money. The restaurant offered a good selection, and i found the food very palatable. My room was a good size, and i especially liked the great pillows, which ensured a restful night.
I found the music too loud at night. it made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep before an early flight.

The airport shuttle service was very efficient. My room was ready upon arrival, and it was clean and well kept. Breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. I appreciate the friendly staff.
The gym was a little small. It only had two treadmills.

The airport shuttle proved convenient for arrival.
The room service was slow, very slow. It took over thirty minutes to receive a simple glass of water after I requested it, I requested it twice. The promised wake-up call never happened. Thankfully, I have a reliable alarm on my person.

The room arrangement was very well thought out. The food service worked perfectly and the food tasted really good. (I especially liked the breakfast buffet!) A waitress suggested coffee for my parents, and they really enjoyed it.
There were a few hitches with the airport transfers. Upon arrival, there was no hotel pick up, even after communicating arrival times and flights in advance. I tried to call the hotel, but the numbers did not work. So, I ended up arranging my own transport to the hotel. The room also lacked tea and coffee, even though there was a kettle and cups.

The room had premium slippers and robes. A shaving kit and toothbrushes were available. Everything seemed brand new, i definitely recommend it.
The lady picking me up at the airport asked directly for tips. She insisted i give her 1000 shillings. I was very unhappy with this interaction.
