The breakfast was excellent with good variety. The rooftop pool had a wonderful view at night. I found the air conditioning to be excellent. It kept the room very cool. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle services to major shopping locations.

I noticed that the room lacked sufficient toiletries. Only shower gel and hand wash were available.

The hotel is near a metro subway station, offering great connectivity to different destinations. It also provided convenient airport shuttle service at different times, greatly simplifying my arrival and departure logistics. The location is very convenient.

The bathroom was quite small. This made manoeuvring difficult. the absence of proper ventilation meant smells lingered in the room. the lack of provided toiletries and slippers also detracted from the experience. drinking water was not sufficiently supplied either.

the room were spacious and clean. the proximity to the airport made early morning travel easy. i really like location convenience. a free shuttle runs hourly.

the shower temperature was unstable. it fluctuated between hot and normal every 40 seconds. it's uncomfortable and needs fixing.

the free bus transport to the airport was acceptable.

Getting into the hotel from a taxi to the check-in counter was a struggle. There was no help offered. i had a sleeping child and was told they aren't allowed to touch guests' bags. this self-service policy is unacceptable.

the swimming pool was maintained well. they offered towels and had a lifeguard present from 8 AM to 6 PM. the dining area is superb, and a live chef prepared fresh eggs for me. our stay was AMAZING!!!

the front desk was crowded, so i experienced a lack of support from the concierge. the staff did not provide clear instructions concerning my room. bad room service with dinner not included for my room.
