the staff was efficient and friendly. priya raju at reception and raaz lok in security were very helpful.. the facilities were clean and the towels were big. the water was hot.

i stayed one night awaiting my flight and it worked perfectly. the restaurant had good food and discounted prices. uber transport to the airport cost only 20-30 qar. the hotel provided a free shuttle running multiple times a day.
The housekeeping service could be improved. The staff did not always smile. cleaning sometimes seemed rushed, as though procedures were not fully followed. i experienced a delay when calling for assistance. It often took many rings for my call to be answered.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated ms. priya at the reception for her excellent service during check-in. the shuttle bus service was great. It made airport transfers easy.
my room seemed like it had not been used in a while. i noticed dust flakes came out of the air conditioner duct. i had a severe allergy and struggled to sleep.
