efficient staff clean facilities
the staff was efficient and friendly. priya raju at reception and raaz lok in security were very helpful.. the facilities were clean and the towels were big. the water was hot.
i needed to request an iron, extra pillow, and blanket.

i stayed one night awaiting my flight and it worked perfectly. the restaurant had good food and discounted prices. uber transport to the airport cost only 20-30 qar. the hotel provided a free shuttle running multiple times a day.
The housekeeping service could be improved. The staff did not always smile. cleaning sometimes seemed rushed, as though procedures were not fully followed. i experienced a delay when calling for assistance. It often took many rings for my call to be answered.

lavina at reception gave excellent service. lok, another helper, was also great! the room included a smart tv. i liked the convenient free shuttle service. rooms were an ideal size.
There was a slight wait to check in, even though i had completed online check-in already. This was unexpected

friendly staff short distance good breakfast
Breakfast tasted good. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to the airport. It took only 10-15 minutes to get there.
