thin wallsunreliable shuttle
the room had very thin walls, annoying. i could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms. it was hard to relax (especially after a long flight). also, the airport shuttle was quite unreliable. it was often full, and waiting times could be excessive. this made planning my travel a bit stressful.

I found the bar service quite slow. It seemed understaffed, and getting a drink took longer than I expected. The room itself was also a bit outdated. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture, and the pillows were not very comfortable. They felt quite flat.

An Acceptable but Underwhelming Layover Option

The free shuttle service to attractions was a convenient perk.
I was surprised to find the bathroom stocked with just a single soap. Shampoo and conditioner were absent. Taps were also complicated. The TV didn't work at all which was annoying. Plus, the bus wasn't air-conditioned!

the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very useful. it runs frequently and is easy to find at terminal a. the restaurant was open late, i had a delicious meal even after midnight!!!
the pool was a bit small.
