the location was near the airport and the metro which was acceptable
i had a terrible experience with the room the furniture was uncomfortable and it felt quite old the shower was difficult to use i also noticed there were no rivers in the room which was inconvenient

The location was very convenient. i appreciated how close it was to the airport. This made travel simple. the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay.
the room i stayed in wasn't completely soundproof. i could hear noises from the adjacent room. it could be problematic, especially with noisy neighbors. the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing with limited choices.

The hotel has beautiful decor. The staff was always smiling and very friendly. I feel welcomed. My room was spacious, and the bed seemed like I was sleeping on a cloud, it was very pleasant. The location was convenient to reach from the airport.
I noticed only one hook in the shower for clothes.

The room was quite super clean and cozy. It had a wonderful view and detailed room. A huge, comfortable bed was present in the sleeping area, I had also got a requested bed for my child.

The staff provides assistance with issues concerning flights. Breakfast was great, and the hotel prolong my check-out, this helped me work in the room longer. The staff are very polite and kind people.

The hotel location is near the GGICO station. The room was clean. A cozy coffee shop is inside the hotel. The breakfast was nice (i especially liked the pastries).
I noticed a slight miscommunication. I had requested a suite and early check-in, confirmed via text but subject to availability upon arrival.

The hotel has a gym and a pool. I found these facilities convenient. The location is near the airport. It was easy to get to after my flight. The staff were cute upon arrival. This made a good first impression.
The breakfast had limited options. I thought it could have been better. The shuttle bus service was not available. It did not cater to my needs. I found eyelashes on the floor in my room. The carpet was not properly cleaned.
