the breakfast had a wide variety of food (i liked the pastries).

i found the room humid and it had an unpleasant smell. the same smell was noticeable around the pool area. also, if i wanted to enjoy the sun by the pool, i had to be there before 2 pm because a skyscraper cast a large shadow.

during my stay, the staff were attentive. housekeeping team members, arsalan and waheed, kept my room super clean. krishna at reception and irfan with the bellboys, provided excellent support. i found their recommendations quite helpful.

the nightclub on the ground floor produced considerable noise. the sound did continue late into the night. this made it quite difficult to sleep comfortably. i would have liked a quieter atmosphere.

My 'skyline economy room' offered great views of the city. I really appreciated that. The breakfast included a selection of cuisines, including Italian, Indian, and Lebanese. The host, John, consistently checked on my requirements, which i liked. Suleiman and Zohaib from housekeeping were always available to help VERY quickly.

It often took some time to get to my floor. The gym only had one treadmill which caused some waiting. This impacted my workout schedule.

i found the staff friendly. ms. imashi at reception answered questions with a warm smile. my late check-in was handled with courtesy. her knowledge of the area helped with city exploration. i felt welcomed, and valued her quality service.

the hotel breakfast had little variety. most dishes were indian, something i do not eat. the breakfast area had too few seats. eating outside the hotel is better than wasting money there.

The staff was SO helpful. Sara and Giler from the Front Office Team were AMAZING!!! They were kind and accommodating to my check-in requests. They arranged the rooms at short notice, and I was grateful. The team exhibited excellence in hospitality.

I found that bringing a family to a hotel like this would be uncomfortable.
