Superior Rooms (26 m2) feature a choice of two twin beds or one queen bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a bathroom. Superior Family Rooms offer comfortable beds and space for families with one or two kids. Executive Rooms (26 m2) on the 12th or 13th floor look out onto Emirates Tower and the World Trade Centre; these rooms include bathrobe and slippers. The Novotel Suite (55 m2) includes a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and four windows, plus an espresso machine and 24/7 room service. All rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, tea/coffee facilities, and luxury toiletries.

Entre Nous Restaurant, adjacent to the lobby, offers all-day dining. Guests can start the morning with a continental or full English breakfast. Embers Dubai is a signature grill house with flame-fired dishes.
