The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was very good. The hotel is near shops, a market, and grocery stores. I found the location convenient. A special room upgrade was a welcome suprise.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i noted karolin, elvira, twinide, hemant, and ravishka provided excellent service during breakfast. the staff from reception to housekeeping did a great job.
the room lighting controls were not very intuitive, i found it a little confusing.

The location was great. it was near many restaurants, which i appreciated. the rooms are spacious, and that meant i had enough room to relax. the cleanliness was also very excellent. Everything felt fresh.
the air-conditioning was poor, so the room temperature was not always comfortable. the bed size was a queen, but it was like two single beds pushed together. this made sleeping a bit awkward and less comfortable. i didn't like that.

furniture wearminibar refill
The check-in process was not smooth, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. It took longer than expected. I also noticed that some of the furniture in my room had visible wear and tear, that detracted from the overall impression! The minibar wasn't refilled daily, so I had to call to request items. The service inconsistency was disappointing.
