I liked the location a lot because it was in the heart of the action. the staff were helpful. They assisted with directions. the lounge offered a great spot for a view of the area and a quiet break.

the room was clean and had a king bed and a chaise. the room was surprisingly quiet despite the busy surroundings, a good thing. daily cleaning services were available to all guests.

i got a king room, and it was super clean! the bathroom had a good hairdryer with power. plus, the view of times square from the room was amazing. the hotel is close to everything like the subway, restaurants, and shops. i loved the central location.

i found the staff professional and attentive. the location was very close to everything i needed. the service was also really good. i really liked that i could easily walk to shows and restaurants.
the lobby did have remodeling that was not clearly communicated before my arrival. this caused some inconvenience accessing basic facilities.
