the location proved convenient for my appointments.

i found the breakfast arrangement quite poor they provided coupons for a nearby place the costs were high a simple coffee was very expensive i feel i did not receive what i had expected the bathtub drain was really slow

The location proved advantageous for accessing key attractions.

The room I received looked quite run-down. There were clear signs of wear and tear throughout the room. Chipped surfaces and stained carpets caught my attention. The overall condition deviated considerably from what i expect in a hotel. The absence of complimentary tea and coffee in the room also proved disappointing.

The hotel is near Central Park and 5th Avenue. A subway station is very close. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. It is easy to travel around. The rooms are also big!!!

The hotel is outdated and requires significant upgrading. The rooms do not match the photos very well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Ray changed my room because it was not satisfactory. He handled the situation calmly and professionally, I really appreciated it.

The hotel offered vouchers worth ten dollars per person per day. This was for online delivery, but the amount was insufficient. Breakfasts started at twenty dollars plus delivery fees, this was not ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent!!! It is close to many interesting east side attractions. It's also an easy walk from Grand Central, this made getting around very simple.

The voucher was only valid via an app I could not get to work. No one answered the phone when I called to order it, frustrating.
