great location fantastic view comfy bed app information service blame points credit
the location is great with many attractions nearby. the empire state building view from my room was fantastic. the room was lovely and the bed was comfy!
the stay information was taken off my bonvoy app. i called bonvoy member services and the blame was put on the hotel. i still haven't received points or night stay credits for the nights.

excellent stay downtown
city view friendly staff easy access super clean room
I asked for a city view and i could see a part of the empire state building, really excellent! cafes nearby offered breakfast and i reached the hotel easily from penn station with my luggage, it was a short walk. location allowed easy access to various places through walking or the subway. the staff was friendly. the cleanliness was great. The cleaners were very helpful.

the room included a comfortable king bed and the air conditioning worked properly. i appreciated that it was spacious. a city view offered a partial sight of a recognizable landmark.

The staff seemed helpful and friendly. the cleaning service was efficient. The staff promptly addressed any requests i had. i didn't face any problems with my requests, and they always replied to my requests quickly.

Nearby cafes provided breakfast options. They were all within walking distance. i found various choices and cuisines near the location. i didn't use any hotel dining options . several locations are easy to find.

convenient store rooftop lounge very nice view
the location was awesome!!! i could easily walk to many attractions. a little store across from the hotel was super convenient. the rooftop lounge offered very nice views of the empire state building!!!
the hallways felt a little narrow.
