The location was convenient. It provided easy access to several attractions.
The room's climate control was a problem. I was unable to adjust the temperature using the radiator. Consequently, the room was uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. The noise from the street was also quite disruptive.

The room stank. It smelled really bad like mold. I also found some hairs in the bathroom, definitely not mine. They really needs to improve cleanliness, I was so disgusted.

margaret, the manager, was great! joe at the front desk is very helpful. any interaction i had with staff was pleasant. the hotel is always clean! i am planning to stay again with my family soon. it is amazing value for the money.
the ac unit was locked at a low temperature. the temps were hot ! returning to a room that was not much relief was disappointing.

the room was basic, yet immaculate. the provided towels were soft! there were ample pillows on the bed and extra blankets in the closet. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a steady temperature.

the location was great and i walked easily to different areas.
the elevator got stuck every time i got to my floor. i think the hotel knew about this, but apparently hadn't fixed it. also, the radiator kept banging loudly every 30 minutes in the middle of the night, so i didn't get much sleep.

The hotel boasts a FANTASTIC location near major attractions! I easily walked to many restaurants and theaters. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, which i loved. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.
