fantastic stay

comfy bedsmodern styleloud air conditioning
i enjoyed the very comfortable bed. the multi-head charging cable for my phone on the nightstand was genius. i also appreciated the super clean facilities (everything was in its place). the modern style throughout the hotel added to the experience.
the air conditioning was quite loud (i found it a bit disruptive during the night).

i appreciated the meticulous attention to detail evident throughout the hotel. the rooftop bar offered fine views, and the staff were attentive. the room was well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. complimentary nespresso coffee was a good addition.
The room felt a bit small for an extended stay, and luggage storage was limited. i also found the street noise noticeable at times despite being on a higher floor. i missed having more natural light in the room. the in-room phone did not work. I had to contact the front desk in person.

the staff was helpful with directions. my room had a cozy, upscale vibe (i liked that a lot). the food at the restaurant was tasty. the hotel location is central to many landmarks. the multi head charging cable by the bed was useful.
the room was quite small. i paid $450 per night, and a larger room could be obtained elsewhere.

the location allows for exploration uptown, midtown, and downtown.
the room was small. It was difficult for two people to stay there comfortably. there was no chair, so i had to lay in bed whenever i was in the room.. the bathroom felt as small as a cruise cabin.

The staff was attentive and friendly, readily available to assist with directions. The on-site restaurant features delicious meals. I found the bar had expertly crafted cocktails. The location is a short walk from attractions.
The air conditioning unit made too much noise. This made it difficult to sleep.

i stayed four nights. the bed was very comfortable. the lobby is a nice meeting place with a great vibe. the spyglass rooftop patio overlooking the empire state building was a great place for a night cap.
i stayed at this hotel three times and my recent visit was disappointing. i stayed in a room that faced another building. you could see garment workers on the lower floors. i had to keep the curtains closed.
