amazing stay in the heart of everything!
prime location awesome staff free water
The location is unbeatable. I could walk to so many places! the staff was awesome, especially mitchel, so helpful with everything. free water bottles are a great perk, i really appreciate that!
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, i had to wait a little longer than i expected.

the room had a queen bed that was super comfy and clean. there was a decent-sized window that let in plenty of light, awesome. it was a contemporary queen, very stylish and functional!

the front desk staff was very friendly and available to assist me with directions, super helpful. check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, a very nice experience. mitchel was especially awesome!

the hotel offers complimentary water bottles throughout my stay, a very useful feature, i loved that. there is a starbucks located right next door, which i found really convenient for my morning coffee. free wifi is available throughout the hotel!

amazing location free water unbearable noise broken toilet
The location was amazing. It was right next to Empire State Building. Free water in the room were great. A free to use fridge was good.
The noise was unbearable. There was almost no sound proofing. The toilet were broken upon arrival. I think it was not worth the amount I paid.

outside noise small room
the staff attitude was acceptable i guess, not stellar but ok.
i had big issues with the noise, it was very loud. i didn't get any sleep because a lot of noise from outside got into my room and i was annoyed by that. the room was very small too, i have never seen something like that before.

the location proved convenient with easy access to key attractions. i found the staff consistently helpful and approachable. fresh towels and bedding arrived each day. the complimentary water bottles was a useful touch.

helpful staff excellent location bottled water
the staff were friendly and helpful . the location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water.
the room was a bit small, and it lacked sufficient storage space for my belongings.

street noises small room
The staff provided water when requested, that was acceptable.
The window lacked proper insulation. I heard street noises all night. The room felt smaller than expected. There were no places to hang clothes, not even a hook.
