The staff was amazing they ensured a clean room. I requested a room refresh and they delivered. The location felt safe even as a solo mom traveling with kids. A welcome gift added a special touch it.

Fantastic Stay Right in the Heart of It All!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They made everything so easy. I really liked the free water bottles provided in the room. That was a nice touch. The location was AMAZING!!! It was a short walk to everything.

the bunk beds in our quadruple room were really comfortable. a long countertop offered ample space for everyone's toiletries. the proximity to the theater district made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. mastering the subway system allowed for further adventures around the city!
The gym is quite small. i noticed that the ceiling is low in there. It might not suit taller guests on the treadmills.

the front desk staff provided quick and easy check-in assistance. they were available to give directions and subway information. i appreciated their friendly demeanour and willingness to help with ordering transportation.

though there isn't a full restaurant on site, the vending machine in the lobby provided basic snacks and drinks. many dining options were conveniently located nearby. the hotel offered fresh apples and ice water in the lobby.

the hotel is very close to times square. the subway is easily accessible. i also saw a supermarket nearby, convenient for picking up essentials! though the parking was expensive.

I found a fantastic location right near everything i wanted to see. the room design had a unique style i liked. The doormen offered great assistance and were friendly. i enjoyed my stay very much!
The room was very tiny. Space was limited. it was hard to move around with luggage.

The location was excellent and close to many attractions. the room had comfortable beds and very clean facilities. the staff offered quick and early check-in. I found this very helpful after my travels.
the room was a bit dark, so more lighting would be appreciated.

The hotel location is excellent. It is steps away from major attractions. The staff members were helpful and kind. They were always ready to assist with directions. I found that service to be wonderful. Breakfast was good. The kitchen staff was friendly and respectful.
The room size was quite small. There was not enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The air conditioning was not effective. The room temperature remained high.
