The location was excellent, directly across from central park. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated the free luggage check service. It was very useful. the room was clean, and the building looked well maintained.

My room lacked a mini fridge. I needed to request it. the noisy, old air conditioner made sleeping difficult, and the small breakfast area often felt overcrowded. i felt i paid too much for what i got.
