Each room includes a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a hairdryer. Select rooms between floors 7 and 11 feature high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with a seating area, workspace, and granite bathroom with two basins and walk-in shower. Suites between floors 12 to 15 include a corner terrace with Manhattan views, a seating area, and granite bathrooms. The Whitby Suite, on the top floor, is a two-bedroom suite with floor to ceiling windows, two king bedrooms, a living room, guest powder room, and a kitchenette, plus two terraces with New York views.

The Whitby Bar serves breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. The Ham Yard Restaurant and Bar features a frequently changing menu with seasonal ingredients and British produce.
