The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was excellent. i would come again. the location is great. It is easy to walk to many things including top sights. the staff was friendly.

the room was small and it had a musty smell. the hallways were cold and narrow, the rooms small. there was no closet and no iron for the clothes.

The staff was friendly and helpful every time I interacted with them. My room was super clean, and it had everything I needed. Beds were made up nicely each day. The room was cleaned impeccably.

Hallways were a bit cold, I think.

fantastic location and friendly service

friendly staff convenient breakfast central location

i found the complimentary breakfast convenient before exploring the city each day. fresh bagels and croissants were available it was a great start to my busy days. the staff was super friendly and willing to assist me with anything i needed. the hotel's location near fifth avenue made getting around easy.

the room was a bit small even by city standards and there was not much space for clothes. it was still functional but a bit more storage would improve the experience. i had to keep some items in my suitcase .

the superior room had a comfortable bed it also featured ample storage for personal items. i appreciated the well-designed layout it made the most of the space available to guests. the room included a modern tv with several channels and a mini-fridge.

the hotel is a short walk to fifth avenue. this. the area felt safe and quiet at night i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

charmed by the little details

birthday surprise central location safe area

the staff surprised me with a good tray on my birthday! it included a chocolate brownie cake with a candle, chocolates, a party hat, and rolled towels resembling a tiered cake. the location is central, so i could reach all destinations by foot. the area is safe, and i felt comfortable walking even late at night.

The room was very small. It barely had space to move around. I expected a larger room.

My Classic Room had a comfortable bed and was impeccably clean. It also featured nice decor. i did notice lavender sachets on the pillow, a particularly pleasant and thoughtful touch.

this place is within walking distance to Grand Central, Times Square, and the New York Public Library! it is also near the Rock and Empire State Building. you can even walk to Central Park if you are up for it.
