The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was excellent. i would come again. the location is great. It is easy to walk to many things including top sights. the staff was friendly.

the room was small and it had a musty smell. the hallways were cold and narrow, the rooms small. there was no closet and no iron for the clothes.

i found the complimentary breakfast convenient before exploring the city each day. fresh bagels and croissants were available it was a great start to my busy days. the staff was super friendly and willing to assist me with anything i needed. the hotel's location near fifth avenue made getting around easy.

the room was a bit small even by city standards and there was not much space for clothes. it was still functional but a bit more storage would improve the experience. i had to keep some items in my suitcase .

the staff surprised me with a good tray on my birthday! it included a chocolate brownie cake with a candle, chocolates, a party hat, and rolled towels resembling a tiered cake. the location is central, so i could reach all destinations by foot. the area is safe, and i felt comfortable walking even late at night.

The room was very small. It barely had space to move around. I expected a larger room.
