Luxury Hotel Rooms

Dylan Hotel NYC features 107 Midtown Manhattan hotel rooms, ADA guest rooms, and suites, including a Penthouse Suite and the Alchemy Suite. Guest rooms include a mini fridge, environmentally friendly amenities, and marble bathrooms. Also included are an umbrella, safe, and steamer. Each guest room features two full-sized beds, floating side tables with bedside lamps, an oversized work desk with a high-speed Internet connection, a refrigerator, a digital alarm clock, and walnut furnishings. Some rooms include two bottled waters daily and an in-room Nespresso Coffee Bar and Tea Kettle. Executive Junior Suites include a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a personalized welcome amenity, a bathroom, a coffee maker with gourmet coffee, a refrigerator, a dressing mirror, a closet and dresser, and an expanded work area with extra seating. Flat-screen 55" smart TVs are included.

Steakhouse and other dining

The on-site Benjamin Steakhouse features meats and prime steaks complemented by fireplaces and ceilings. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered. The breakfast includes omelettes and pancakes.

Fitness and More

The hotel has fitness and business centers. The fitness center includes Technogym equipment, free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and yoga and Pilates equipment. Personal training is available upon request. Guests can enjoy New York City's free admission ice skating rink, Holiday Shops and rink side eats and drinks at The Lodge Deck by Urbanspace.

a central gem for a romantic getaway

the location is ideal near grand central station with easy access to shops and restaurants. my upgraded room was very quiet and comfortable. i received helpful advice from the staff regarding tickets for a broadway show. i also met a friend in the reception area and we enjoyed sitting in the comfortable chairs.

the shower drained slowly water collected near the entrance area.

the hotel provides complimentary water and coffee capsules in each room a gesture i found particularly cute after a long day exploring. usb charging ports are conveniently located near the beds allowing for easy device charging. there is a modern coffee machine readily available.

the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. when i requested an iron it arrived promptly aiding in our preparation for an evening event. their politeness added an extra layer of warmth to the overall experience.

the hotel's proximity to grand central station greatly simplified our travel arrangements. many tourist attractions are within walking distance allowing exploration on foot. the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant even late into the evening giving a sense of security.

The location was convenient for accessing Grand Central Station.

The shower had lukewarm water and very weak pressure, it took a long time to get warm. I had to call the engineer to check the water was hot. The safe was not attached and anyone could have walked out with it. This seemed far from secure to me.

The room was newly renovated. the bed and pillows were really comfy. I slept like a baby. also, the location was perfect. Everything was so close!

the ac wasn't great. The room got too hot at night. I had trouble sleeping. also, some of the reception staff didn't seem to know much.
