the beds were comfy. there were lots of local businesses near the hotel, including restaurants. access to the subway was easy. i felt safe walking at night to and from the train.

the room was dated and worn. the furniture was chipped. the surfaces had a stickiness to them. the window was dirty and mouldy looking.

Excellent Facilities and Responsive Staff

The large window provided ample natural light. I found the separate shower and toilet, with the sink in between, very practical. The beds proved comfortable. The staff quickly addressed all my requests. Their responsiveness impressed me. The work table in the room helped me to stay productive.

I noticed a slight noise from the air conditioning system at night.

The beautiful king room included coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom was very clean. There was also a work table, very useful. The king size bed was very comfortable.

The bar on the top floor looked fun, though I didn't have the chance to visit it. The hotel provided cafezinho and water in the lobby. This was very good. The modern decor was well presented.

The staff seemed nice. The new management seems concerned about improving the service. The front desk staff was nice and very fast. They responded positively and promptly to all inquiries, which I valued.
