small room uncomfortable bed
The check-in staff were helpful and cute.
The room was smaller than I expected. There was barely room to move around. The bed wasn't very comfortable, either, and the bathroom felt cramped. I also tried to get a late checkout, but it was not possible.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The staff displayed friendliness and were helpful .
The room was quite small, it barely accommodated my luggage. It seemed the hotel didn't fully acknowledge the extent of the disturbance. I also found the breakfast area too cramped for the number of guests.

Decent stay near Central Park
excellent location friendly staff quiet hotel small rooms average breakfast tiny lobby
The hotel location is excellent. It is very close to Central Park and Times Square. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The rooms felt cozy and the hotel felt fairly quiet.
The rooms were a bit small. I found the breakfast to be just average in terms of selection (especially limited options). The lobby area felt quite tiny as well.
