i was kinda surprised by the efficient check-in process. the staff member richard was helpful providing quick service. the location is central right off times square perfect for accessing major attractions. there were food trucks nearby available around the clock offering convenient dining options.
the window offered no view at all it was a bit of a letdown

my stay included a room with comfortable bed. the location was close to many broadway shows. i found several subway stops within walking distance. i appreciated the proximity to serendipity 3 for an ice cream treat.
the room felt a little small and lacked sufficient space for luggage. i found it a bit inconvenient.

the location was perfect. it was very close to the action! the staff was amazing. jazzy helped me store my luggage, and anna recommended a great pizza spot. rachel checked me in quickly! maria gave me advice about an italian restaurant.
the beds are squeaky! even the slightest movement caused a lot of noise. i found it hard to sleep comfortably.
