Great Location with Clean Rooms!
amazing location clean bathroom bottled water helpful staff
The location is amazing, with a subway entrance directly in front. The room and bathroom were nice and very clean. I also appreciated the bottled water provided (a nice touch!). The staff was helpful.
The room was a bit small, and it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably at the same time. This wasn't a major issue, but it's something to be aware of.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee at Garvey's. The hotel also has an Irish restaurant downstairs, serving tasty food, better than home cooking.

The Queen Room featured a large bathroom and a nice view. The hotel staff ensures rooms are cleaned daily, towels replaced frequently, contributing to a very clean and well kept environment.

EXCELLENT stay near EVERYTHING!
subway entrance luggage storage helpful reception clear explanation
The location was fantastic, it was REALLY close to a subway entrance. I appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout SO i could explore more. Ben at reception explained the amenities VERY well. I was aware of everything available to me .
The ice machine was out of order ON my floor. This meant I had to use the one on another floor.

The Queen Room featured A comfortable bed. The room had sufficient space for luggage storage. An air conditioner ensured the room remained cool during warmer days. The bathroom was clean, and it was well-stocked with fresh towels.

The front desk staff was both efficient and friendly, addressing my questions quickly. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, which I appreciated. The staff offered helpful directions TO nearby attractions and amenities. I also found the concierge service particularly useful.

The hotel offers A well-equipped fitness center. I used the treadmills. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, I was pleased. The lobby provided a comfortable area, I spent time there waiting for my ride. There was also a bar.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
small room loud air conditioning
the initial room was quite small. its size was surprising. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly throughout the night.. it made sleeping difficult. additionally, obtaining hot water in the shower required a very long wait.
