Deluxe Two-Room Suites include a queen bed and a full-size bed. Suites feature kitchenettes with cooktops and two private bathrooms. Deluxe Rooms with Kitchenette include a multipurpose workstation. Mobility Accessible Rooms feature a queen-size bed, accessible bathroom with grab bars and roll-in shower, a visual/audio smoke detector and fire alarm system, and TTY and TDD machines available upon request. Really good Stay Near Rockefeller Center!

I found the bottled water readily available and really appreciated that. The hotel offers a complimentary washer and dryer, a big plus after traveling. I also found the location ideal for walking to many attractions, it saved time. The provided coffee and tea service was a welcome addition each morning I must say.
The lobby space is small upon entry, this could be improved but it did not significantly impact my stay.

The room was bright and modern, everything looked recently updated. The bathroom features strong water pressure and ample hot water, a wonderful perk. I liked the room size it was bigger than other places.

The hotel is right across from Rockefeller Plaza. Subway stations are nearby this made travel easy. Many attractions are within walking distance I enjoyed exploring this area.

I found the water stations on every floor convenient. A nice coffee machine is available on the second floor . Luggage storage is also available for those who need it this is a big convenience.

The staff was always on hand to help me, and that's great customer service. They greeted me with a warm welcome upon arrival. They were attentive and helpful throughout my visit this is much appreciated.

The hotel location is ideal. It sits right across from Rockefeller Plaza. I found several subway stations pretty near. My room included a terrace. It was great to have such an amenity. Lesley and Erick at reception welcomed me.
The room had a strange shape. It did not make the room very functional.

i found the location unbeatable near iconic landmarks and dining. central park and fifth avenue are easily accessible. the staff welcomed me warmly and were always available. they provided water and tea, and the free laundry was useful.

The location was convenient (it really made getting around simple). The exercise area included a free washer and dryer. The receptionists were very nice and the hotel offered complimentary coffee.

The location was excellent. It sits right across from Rockefeller Center, and the Museum of Modern Art is only two blocks away. The front desk staff was helpful and offered directions. There was a pizza place close by, and I found a Walgreens just up the street. The street was quiet, and that's always welcome.
The housekeeping was only done once during my six-night stay. That was unexpected and a bit of a disappointment!

The fully-automatic espresso and cappuccino machine using La Colombe coffee beans in the guest lounge provided a great start to the day. There are reusable water bottles available on every floor. Many dining options are available around the hotel. This helped to make things easy.

The room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Free WiFi was available throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the free water station on each floor, complete with refillable bottles. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check in.
