I found two things disappointing. First, the shower had a VERY slippery surface. I am very concerned about this because it seems like a safety hazard. Second, the mattress needs replacement. It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever experienced.

the location was fantastic. a quick walk got me to mass transit. the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked questions about the city. the room was modern (i loved the design!) and very clean. it provided a quiet space after long days.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. I found the staff to be helpful. A large television and a coffee machine were available in the room. The location is very close to a train station that travels to Manhattan.
The hallway on the floor I stayed on was loud. The bathroom could use some updating as paint was peeling. The room was cold and the bathroom had no heat. The front door to the hotel did not have automatic doors.

the location was quite convenient! it was a short walk to penn station. the king family room was spacious and clean. the bathroom had good water pressure, though one of the mirror lights blinked.
the hotel entrance lacked automatic doors, it was quite inconvenient with luggage. i also noticed the hallway on the floor had a strange smell. there were no microwaves in the room, this was less than ideal for heating up leftovers.
