the shuttle arrived quickly at jfk late at night. the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. the room was clean. i had a short stay of about 7 hours, and it exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel.
the area around the hotel did not have many dining options.

The hotel offers free pick up and drop off at the airport. Breakfast was okay , even with an early flight. I found this useful for a stay before changing flights.
I found no place to get an evening meal, unless I went out. The immediate surroundings are not great , however.

the shuttle service made arrival and departure stress-free. the complimentary breakfast had many options. i found my room spacious and clean (a real plus after a long journey). the staff were very friendly.
during my stay, i noticed there wasn't a security presence during the night. i felt this is an area that could improve guest safety. i believe having security, especially during late hours, would greatly enhance the sense of security for everyone.

the room was very clean the shower was large it had lots of hot water towels were large and white breakfast had a great selection and everything tasted delicious a super lady kept everything fresh and even made waffles
