frequent shuttle clean room friendly service broken remote limited treadmill out-of-order machine
the hotel had an excellent shuttle SERVICE. it ran frequently, and i never waited long AT ALL. the room WAS clean and quiet. The restaurant had good food with FRIENDLY service.
the television remote DID not work. it took A while for maintenance to bring a new one. the fitness center only had ONE treadmill working. the ice machine on my floor WAS out of order.

slow check-in subpar food
the shuttle service runs consistently, acceptable for airport transportation.
Check-in took an excessive amount of time. i found no refrigerator in the room, quite inconvenient. the m club offered food that was subpar. The eggs were overcooked and the serving area was untidy.

The airport shuttle came frequently. It made getting to my terminal easy! my room had a very comfortable king bed. i slept so well before my early flight! the restaurant offered tasty and quick room service, so i could relax after traveling.
the bathroom towels were smaller than i expected, though they were clean.

The fitness center includes treadmills. I saw two stationary bikes. complimentary wifi is available throughout the hotel. vending machines offer snacks and drinks on several floors.
