the hotel was clean. i really appreciated how helpful everyone was. mayra was so helpful assisting me with the bus system at check out. oscar was really good to us at breakfast and he cleared up a voucher misunderstanding for us.
i assume it was the maid.

The airport shuttle was on time and easy to use.
Check-in was not good. The lady who assisted me was not friendly during explaining the check-in process! My reservation was paid for already, but she asked for my debit card and charged it without explaining that it was just a hold for any damage. This charge was never refunded.
