I appreciated the hotel's proximity to many locations. The lobby was spacious and cute. My room had a fancy toilet with a heated seat and wash feature. I was able to check in early upon arrival, that was a big bonus.

The hotel features light-colored carpeting throughout, including the rooms, I feel that they appear unprepared to properly clean or handle accidents involving spills such as coffee.

the lobby was a real snooze fest, staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else. i asked for water, because, you know, existing requires hydration, and they were all like, "pay up, peasant. " seriously? also, the 'superior' room i booked was basically a broom closet with a bed. and dont even get me started on the minibar prices. i'm pretty sure they're charging more for water than they do for gasoline.

the hotel offered a peaceful retreat, and i slept soundly each night. the staff members were polite and always available to assist with requests. i received complimentary breakfast vouchers through my expedia silver status. the japanese-style breakfast was delicious with grilled salmon, rice, miso soup, and grapefruit juice.

the comforter was not quite as soft as i prefer, but it did not affect my otherwise wonderful stay.
