Alberto and his team were helpful . I really liked the boutique nature of the hotel. It is situated in a fantastic area with a lot of great options nearby. The proximity to the L train subway stop made it convenient to get around. I extended my stay because everything was so wonderful.

I booked this hotel expecting a superior gym. Unfortunately, none of the bikes were working. I asked someone to repair them, but nobody ever came. This was very disappointing.

The reception staff answered all my questions and were quick to offer help. The staff assisted with directions and local recommendations. Their help greatly enhanced my stay, so I'm grateful.

i found the staff so responsible! i had left items in the safe, but the service manager helped right away. everything was clean and comfy. the hotel is right next to the subway line! it was a very pleasant stay.

The air conditioning was too noisy. I could not adjust it! the layout seemed poorly designed. the walls felt thin, as i could hear neighbors.
