the front lobby staff was very professional. the decor in the hotel is modern and superb. my room was beautiful (it had a balcony overlooking the bridge!) and had rich color.

the room was spacious the bedding was clean though i felt the mattress was excessively soft

the sliding frosted glass doors in the bathroom did not fully close this prevented latching i also found the bathroom vanity sink height unsuitable i am of shorter stature street parking was available it was difficult to get to the subway.
